Slouchy Sweaters.

Happy not so great tailgate weather. This is the last tailgate I will possibly have in my entire college career and it is currently raining. Why must it always rain on the days we have don't want it to? Staying inside with a good movie and working on homework sounds better and better all the time. They have already started playing Hallmark Christmas movies so I am set for the weekend. The only thing I'm missing is my cat and my mama. I actually needed to stay at school this weekend and get some work done, but I was able to meet her for dinner last night. This sweater is one of my all time favorites. I know it seems like I say that about nearly everything I wear, because I truly love clothes and putting together new outfits, but I seriously love this one. The slouchy neck makes it very cute and unique. I like that it is a simple black that goes with nearly everything. Black is such an underrated color.  It can make any outfit look a little bit classier. These shoes are also the bomb. They are very comfy and I seem to wear them all the time now. Mules are a fall staple. Check out my outfit details below and curl up with a cup of hot chocolate and watch the Iowa game on tv (go hawks!) instead of getting rained on and cold like I am about to do.

Outfit Details: 

Sweater. This sweater came from LuLu's recently. It is all sold out now, but I am really digging this one with the bell sleeves or this onewith the open back. You can't go wrong with a simple black sweater. It is a staple piece for every wardrobe. 

Jeans. My comfy jeans. These jeans are the brand Flying Monkey. They are super stretchy and extremely comfortable. I love wearing them because they are a soft denim no matter how many times you wash them, so you don't have to try to squeeze into them after every wash. I like the dark wash with the black sweater for a more dressed up feel rather than just leggings.

Shoes. Mules are everything. They are so comfy and a dressier option over the classic white sneaker that I usually wear. I like that I can just slip them on whenever I am on the go for a more dressed up look. I found these here, but I also like the faux fur optionto keep your toes a tad warmer on these chilly fall days.
